YaY

I'm so happy it's Friday!!  I get to relax for the night.  :)  I made my favorite go-to chicken breast dish, lemon brown sugar chicken (4P+) and paired it with oven baked asparagus(1P+) and rice a roni (sp?) lemon butter rice (5P+) for 10P+.  I was craving a  "traditional" meat, carbs, & veggie dish and this was pretty dang good. 


OMG, look at how good and flavorful that piece of chicken looks.  There is barely any salt in this recipe.  I may have used maybe, 1/4 tsp sea salt to the flour & paprika mixture but that's it.  The fresh lemon juice and brown sugar is what gives it the best taste.

I forgot just how yummy and succulent canteloupe tasted.  It was soooo sweeeeet and juicy.
