I had a pretty good day. I got a lot of work done and i'm determined to eat 26 pts instead of 32. I didn't have any extra points and over ate by 6 yesterday, so today I'm eating 6 less pts to offset yesterday. I don't think it'll do anything but it helps me mentally. Oh well!
Aunt flo! I feel super bloated, i'm not sure how that's going to effect tomorrow's weigh in but i'll be okay, regardless I had a good week!
Breakfast - sara lee whole grain english muffin (these are really good for 3P+), egg and 2% cheddar cheese slice - 6P+
Snack - 2 kiwi and 1/2 cup blue berries - 0
Lunch - homemade beef burger - 8P+
Dinner - homemade beef burger - 8P+ and 1/2 serving pretzel chips - 1P+
Dessert - Edys slow churned mud pie - 3P+
